Su: 2–3 litres per person per day (drinking)[1]

Gıda: Keep a supply of non-perishable food on hand and rotate it so nothing goes past its expiry date. Consider the dietary needs of everyone in your household, including small children and pets. If you use baby formula, keep an extra supply of ready-to-feed formula. In a power cut, use fresh food and food in the fridge first. Build up items over time and store them somewhere safe and dry. Some preparation is better than none.[1]
