Обстановка сьогодні

Що рекомендує ваш уряд

Запаси на термін: At least 7 days[1][2]

“Be prepared to fend for yourselves for at least seven days. ... Make sure you have enough drinking water, medicines and food at home for your family for at least seven days, replacing them as you use them so that you always have a week's supply as back-up. (Rescue Board booklet 'Ole valmis!' (Be prepared!), English version.) The booklet also states: "In a crisis situation, the state will be able to reach everyone living in Estonia within seven days."”

Вода: At least 3 litres per person per day[1][2]

Їжа: Buy food you normally eat that keeps at room temperature and won't go off quickly; some of it should be edible without heating or cooking (the checklist says half of your food stock should be ready-to-eat). Examples: pickles and conserves, tinned food, instant soups, dry bread-based snacks, nuts and dried fruit, cookies, sweets, muesli bars and honey, baby food if needed. Keep food in regular rotation and don't forget pets.[1][2]

  • • The free 'Ole valmis!' app holds the instructions and works even when the mobile network is disrupted. Materials are available in Estonian, Russian, English and Ukrainian.
