کے لیے تیار رہیں 72 hours[1][2]
“The 72-hour rule says that in a crisis situation, for example when the electricity goes out or water stops running, everyone should be able to manage the first three days without help from the emergency services – only with what they have at home. (Translated from Czech: "Pravidlo 72 hodin říká, že v krizové situaci, kdy například vypadne elektřina nebo přestane téct voda, by měl každý zvládnout první tři dny bez pomoci záchranných složek – jen s tím, co má doma.")”
پانی: 2 litres per adult per day (emergency minimum)[1][2]
خوراک: Keep food for at least 72 hours for the whole household, mainly food that keeps a long time and doesn't need cooking: e.g. long-life milk and bread, cereals, muesli, oats, nuts and seeds, tinned meat and beans, tinned fruit and vegetables, jam and honey, dried fruit and dried meat, energy and protein bars, biscuits, chocolate and glucose. If you have a camping stove, add instant meals and soups. Rice and pasta need a lot of water and energy to cook. Store the stock with your normal food and top it up on regular shopping trips. Remember allergies, special diets and pet food.[1][2]
