Prepárate para At least 10–14 days[1]

“Everyone should keep a water supply and a food supply for all family members for at least 10–14 days. (Translated from German: "Jede/jeder sollte für einen Wasservorrat sowie einen Lebensmittelvorrat für alle Familienmitglieder und für mindestens 10 - 14 Tage vorsorgen.") Planning tip: plan as if for a 'fourteen-day camping holiday in your own four walls'.”

Agua: 2.5 litres per person per day (reference value)[1]

Alimentos: Stock food your family normally eats, including food that can be eaten cold (in case the power fails). Choose long-life, good-quality, easily digestible food; store it cool, dry and dark and check expiry dates regularly, either using and replacing it or keeping a special long-life disaster stock checked once a year. Don't rely mainly on a freezer. Think of special food for babies, people with diabetes, the sick and elderly, and pet food. Mineral water and juice in cartons keep well. Example per person for 2 weeks (Civil Protection Association): 1 kg flour, 1 kg rice, 0.5 kg pasta, 1 kg sugar, 1 kg long-life bread, 15 tins of 0.5 kg, 2 tins of fish, 2 kg potatoes, 1 litre long-life milk, oil, jam or honey, and 28 litres of mineral water.[1][2][3]
