做好 的准备 72 hours[1]

“When a crisis occurs, the first 72 hours are often the most difficult. By preparing in advance, you allow the emergency services to concentrate on people in serious difficulty. (Translated from French: "Lorsqu'une crise survient, les premières 72h sont souvent les plus éprouvantes. En vous préparant en amont, vous permettez aux secours de se concentrer sur les personnes en grande difficulté.") The checklist is titled "Le kit pour 72h" (The kit for 72 hours).”

饮用水: 6 litres per person (for the 72-hour kit)[1]

食物: Prefer non-perishable food that does not need cooking, such as tinned food, baby food jars, ready-to-use liquid infant formula, coffee and tea, and pet food. Check the kit twice a year (expiry dates of food and medicines) and replace the batteries.[1]
