做好 的准备 First 72 hours[1]
“No importa el tipo de emergencia o desastre que se presente, debes tener lo necesario para atender tus necesidades básicas durante las primeras 72 horas. (Spanish; English: 'Whatever the type of emergency or disaster, you should have what you need to cover your basic needs during the first 72 hours.')”
食物: Canned and non-perishable food plus bottled water: e.g. tuna, biscuits, chocolate, sardines, instant soups, dried fruit and bottles of water (still water preferred). Choose light, single-portion, easy-to-open, energy-giving food. Plan four rations of water and food for each family member. Check expiry dates often and replace food and medicines when needed.[1][2]

须知
- • Mexico's guidance is for natural hazards (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, volcanoes); no war-specific household guidance was found.
- • No official litres-per-person water figure was found. An older CENAPRED article (2017) says bottled water for two days; the 2019 pocket guide says be ready for the first 72 hours.
- • Keep the backpack in a visible, accessible place, and keep calls short in an emergency to avoid jamming phone lines.
