Was Ihre Regierung empfiehlt

Vorsorgen für 3 days[1][2]

“The authorities recommend that you and your household should be able to manage for three days if a crisis strikes.”

Wasser: 3 litres per person per day (drinking and food preparation)[1][2][3]

Lebensmittel: Enough food for your household for three days that keeps for a long time outside the fridge or freezer and doesn't need an oven or hob (e.g. tinned food, crispbread). Choose food you normally eat and like; buy a few extra items on your usual shop and use and replace them regularly. Store food somewhere cool, dry and dark. If you have food that needs cooking (rice, pasta), make sure you can boil water without electricity or mains gas, e.g. a barbecue or camping stove, but never use outdoor grills indoors or in enclosed spaces (risk of smoke and carbon monoxide poisoning).[1]
