Was Ihre Regierung empfiehlt

Vorsorgen für At least 72 hours (3 days)[1]

“According to the recommendation, households should be prepared to cope independently in a disruption for at least 72 hours, i.e. three days. Three days gives the authorities time to get the situation under control and help those in the weakest position. Preparing for longer is worthwhile if you can. (Translated from Finnish: "Suosituksen mukaan kotitalouksien tulisi varautua selviytymään itsenäisesti häiriötilanteessa vähintään 72 tuntia eli kolme vuorokautta. [...] Pidemmäksikin aikaa varautuminen kannattaa, jos se on sinulle mahdollista.")”

Wasser: At least 2 litres per person per day (drinking)[2][3][4]

Lebensmittel: Keep food that can be eaten as it is or is easy to prepare, and that you use anyway in everyday life – home supplies are not a separate store. Even a small home supply helps. Build it up while everyday life is normal, and don't hoard during a disruption.[1][4]

Empfohlene Dinge

  • ✓Bottled water (at least 2 litres per person per day) and clean containers with lids for storing water[1][2][4]
  • ✓Food that can be eaten as it is or is easy to prepare[1][4]
  • ✓Radio that works on batteries or otherwise without mains power[1][4]
  • ✓Torch or other light that works on batteries or without mains power[1][4]
  • ✓Batteries and a charged power bank[1][4]
  • ✓Essential medicines for a little longer than usual[1][4]
  • ✓Hygiene supplies you can use without water (e.g. wet wipes, hand sanitiser)[1][4]
  • ✓Buckets with lids for toilet waste[2]
  • ✓A small amount of cash[1][4]
  • ✓Duct tape for sealing windows and vents[1][4]
  • ✓Food and water for pets[1]

Besondere Dinge

  • Iodine tablets — Keep them at home if anyone in your household is in the recommended group (age 40 or under, pregnant or breastfeeding); they are sold in pharmacies without prescription. Take an iodine tablet only if the authorities tell you to, at the time they say – too early or too late weakens the protection. If tablets are short, give them to children, pregnant and breastfeeding people. If you don't have tablets when the recommendation is given, do not go to the pharmacy to get them. Iodine only protects the thyroid and complements sheltering indoors.[1][6]
